Diet diet diet. That's all we hear right? Before I understood the mathematical equation of "calories in, calories out" I just ignored all those convos about diets because it seemed like everyone was spinning their wheels and never achieving much weight loss success.

OH but now? Oh I get it. Our "calories in" is exorbitant! Our "calories out" is minimal. We can easily eat one day's worth of calories at breakfast...then at lunch...then at dinner. So by the time the day ends we have eaten triple the amount of energy our body needs and then we never move our bodies to get those calories "out". Our bodies, doing what they were biologically created to do, store the extra calories as fat jusssttt in case we need the fat to survive. But we never get rid of the energy or exercise ,a.k.a. extra calories, eating all of the processed food that contains so many calories. So then we're left with a bit more fat than we would like. Good thing about it is that if you want something different you can usually DO something different.

You have decided you want to cleanse to jump start your "calories in, calories out" to get to a healthier you? Ok then let's gooooo!
